Following the implementation of the features in Agribazaar I played a key role in redesigning the auction screens to make bidding faster, more intuitive, and accessible for traders. we focused on simplifying the bidding process, improving real-time updates, and ensuring the interface was easy to navigate. This redesign not only improved user satisfaction but also increased engagement on the platform.

The auction system only worked on desktop computers, leaving out many farmers and traders who mostly use phones. The interface was confusing, with too many steps just to place a bid. Users couldn’t see live updates on bids or buyer interest, making the process frustrating. The design used complicated words and small text that were hard to understand. All leading to people giving up mid-auction.

Farmers and traders gained a dashboard to monitor bid status, while the app was optimized for low connectivity.
